2.1 WE DO NOT TRAIN ON YOUR DATA

We absolutely do not use your information to train our AI models. Your conversations, documents, and queries are used solely to provide you with responses in real-time. They are never used to improve, train, or enhance our Cogito and Praetor AI models. This is a fundamental part of our commitment to your privacy.

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Secure servers and infrastructure

  • Access controls and authentication

4. Data Retention and Deletion

4.1 Data Deletion When You Delete Chats

When you delete your chats, we delete all associated data. This includes:

  • All conversation history and messages
  • Documents you uploaded for that conversation
  • Any analysis or processing records related to that chat

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We do not retain deleted chat data for any purpose.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. We may retain certain information for longer periods only if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as account information for billing purposes).

5. Sharing Your Information

5.1 WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA TO UNKNOWN 3RD PARTIES

We never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to unknown third parties. Your data is never monetised or shared with data brokers, advertisers, or other third parties for their own purposes.
